CSAE Policy
CSAE Policy
At Quesmo, we are committed to maintaining a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all our users. We strictly prohibit any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content or behavior within our platform. Our team actively enforces policies designed to protect minors and ensure user safety.
Quesmo is a platform that allows users to post questions, share content with their contacts, and engage in interactive challenges. While the platform is designed for entertainment and knowledge-sharing, we have implemented robust measures to prevent and address any CSAE-related concerns.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards any content, behavior, or activity that involves or promotes child sexual abuse or exploitation. This includes but is not limited to:
Sexualized depictions of minors: Any content that sexualizes or exploits children is strictly prohibited.
Grooming behavior: Attempts to establish emotional connections with minors for exploitative purposes are banned.
Inappropriate interactions: Any communication or interaction between users that suggests CSAE intentions is forbidden.
User-generated content (UGC) monitoring: We actively monitor content shared through posts, comments, or media to identify and address potential risks.
We take several steps to actively prevent CSAE content from appearing on our platform:
Content Moderation:
Our system includes automated content scanning tools combined with human review to identify and block inappropriate content before it becomes publicly visible.
User Reporting System:
Quesmo provides users with an easy-to-access "Report" feature to flag content or behavior they find suspicious or harmful. All reports are treated with urgency and confidentiality.
Account Restrictions and Bans:
Any user found violating CSAE policies will face immediate account suspension or termination.
Law Enforcement Collaboration:
If CSAE content is identified, Quesmo will promptly report it to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or local law enforcement agencies.
Staff Training:
Our content moderation team is trained to identify CSAE-related content and behaviors. We ensure they stay informed about the latest trends in online safety.
Data Protection:
Quesmo follows stringent data protection protocols to secure user data, especially minors, and ensures that no sensitive information is exploited or misused.
We encourage our users to follow these safety practices:
Avoid sharing personal information publicly.
Report any suspicious or harmful behavior using the in-app reporting tool.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to monitor their child’s online activity and educate them about internet safety.
If you encounter content or behavior that violates our CSAE policy:
Use the "Report" option available within the Quesmo app.
Contact our support team directly at our contact page.
All reports are treated with urgency and respect for user confidentiality. We will take appropriate action, including notifying law enforcement authorities if necessary.
Quesmo is committed to fostering a safe environment for all users. By implementing proactive monitoring systems, encouraging user reporting, and collaborating with law enforcement, we aim to uphold the highest standards of safety and security.
