Welcome to Quesmo! By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Quesmo, you affirm that you are at least 13 years old and capable of entering into binding agreements. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Quesmo. By using our app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are using the app on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the app, you must create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Use of Quesmo

• Question Posting: You may create questions, answer questions, and wager points. Points are used for wagering on answers and can be redeemed for cash.

• Points System: Points are not real currency and cannot be transferred outside of the app. Points earned through gameplay can be redeemed for cash once you reach the minimum threshold specified in the app.

• Redemption of Points: Redemption requests will be processed through the payment method linked to your account. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

• Google AdMob Ads: We use Google AdMob to display ads. By using Quesmo, you consent to the placement of ads within the app.

• Contact List: Quesmo uses your contact list to enable you to invite friends and compete with them. By using this feature, you consent to the use of your contacts.

5. User-Generated Content

Quesmo does not endorse, support, or guarantee the accuracy of any opinions, statements, or content posted by users. All user-generated content is the sole responsibility of the user who posted it.

You are solely responsible for any content you post and agree not to infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

Users can post questions, answers, and other content ("User Content") within the app. While you retain ownership of your User Content, you grant Quesmo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, publish, and display such content in connection with the app.

If you encounter any content that you believe infringes your rights or violates these Terms, please report it to us. We reserve the right to take action, including removing any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in Quesmo are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use any of our trademarks without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

Quesmo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for any user-generated content or the accuracy of the information posted by users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quesmo, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Quesmo will be resolved through binding arbitration, in accordance with the rules of  Indian Council of the Arbitration (ICA) or the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), as applicable. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent, harmful, or illegal behavior.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].

13. Changes to Terms
